After checkout we email a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip in PDF. Pack the device well, put a copy of the packing slip in the box, tape the prepaid label on the outside, and drop it at any UPS or FedEx location. Find a UPS drop-off or a FedEx drop-off.
We inspect at our Reno shop. You get an email when the box arrives. A technician checks the model and the condition you quoted. Match the quote and we pay that amount. Extra defects or a different model get an updated offer — original vs new number — and you accept it on our site (or negotiate / message us). We do not treat a quiet inbox as a yes. Do not like it? We ship it back — details are in the FAQ. Turn Find My / iCloud off before you ship. Need a human? Contact us.

Tap “this number does not work” in the email and we talk. If we cannot agree, we can ship the device back. Return shipping is free except for an incorrect model, obvious damage that did not occur in shipping, or a password / passcode / iCloud lock.
We wipe storage to DoD standards where that applies. Turn off Find My / iCloud and sign out before you ship. We cannot wipe or pay full price on an account-locked device.
