My experience was excellent. They paid me the agreed upon amount and did so quickly. I dropped off the laptop at UPS using the prepaid label. Nine days later, the money was in my PayPal account. I expected it to take two or three weeks. All good.

Very smooth experience, particularly during a pandemic when it's hard to find good customer service. I received an email alerting me that they had received my device, and a couple of days later, they sent a message saying I was getting paid (and the amount matched the quote). Payment via Paypal in one business day. Will definitely do business with them again!

First i was sceptical if i can trust the company and i took a shot and sent my laptops to the company. After my laptops were delivered they contacted me and and said that everything looks good. 4 days later i received my check in mail. Very happy with the service.

Fast and easy. I was holding onto 3 old laptops for years because I did not feel comfortable trashing them with all of my personal info on them. I could not get them to turn on, so the option to delete the data myself was not available. I thought about recycling them at my local Best Buy but then I did a Google search for old laptop sales. I sold all three for a little over $40 vs recycling them for free.

I sent in 2 laptops which they quoted me at $120 for the pair. After they received and inspected they offered me $96 for the pair. I sent them in knowing both had bad motherboards and lacked chargers, but I was completely satisfied with the final offer. Fair and honest company.
