Store orders normally ship within one business day after payment clears, Monday through Friday, excluding carrier holidays.

Carriers and tracking

We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx according to the item, destination, and service selected at checkout. Every shipment includes tracking. Orders ship from Reno, Nevada.

Charges and delivery

Any shipping charge is displayed before payment. Delivery dates are estimates supplied by the carrier. Please contact us promptly if tracking shows a problem.

Address changes

Contact us immediately. We cannot promise an address can be changed after a label has been purchased.
